What are the accepted payment methods?

You can choose your preferred payment method when you checkout. We accept secure payments for both domestic and international customers via credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
Please note that additional exchange fees may apply if your currency is not US Dollars.

Is Pecron compatible with other companies' control panels?

Yes, but charging with solar panels from other companies can be dangerous if done improperly. Please seek professional advice when integrating solar panels from other companies into your Pecron.

Do you have any discounts?

Yes! We offer discounts to all first time buyers. Just sign up to receive storewide coupon codes. You will also receive our latest news and promotions.

How long can my Pecron last after a full charge?

Usage time depends on the power of your device, with the following basic formula:
Depth of Discharge (DoD) = 85%
Working time = xxx Wh * 0.85 / Operating energy of your device
For reference, assuming your device uses 300W of power, the working time of your Pecron E1000 will be 1028Wh*0.85/300W=2.9 hours.

Do you have a discount for bulk orders?

Yes! Please contact us at support@pecron.com (or via the contact form with the subject line "Wholesale") if you would like to purchase a package of 20 or more. We will do our best to accommodate you with great prices and shipping options.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We have a 30-day return and exchange policy.

If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, we will refund 100%.
Duration: We have a 30-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, must be in its original packaging, and all items must be in perfect, resellable condition.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email informing them of the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, the process is complete and a credit will be credited to the customer's credit card or original payment method shortly thereafter.

I want to return Pecron, what should I do now?

First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for your unpleasant experience on your special occasion.
For returns, please email us at support@pecron.com with the subject line 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and reason for return. We will advise you where to send the returned item.
We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery when returning an item to avoid a "lost parcel" situation.

Will the seller provide a return label?

No! Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items. The cost will be reimbursed only if the item you purchased is damaged/defective.

Where will my order be shipped from?

Orders will be shipped from the United States and California.
(International orders may vary by country)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! However, batteries may have some restrictions for some countries, such as New Zealand. Please contact us before ordering if you are not sure, and we will charge additional shipping and customs fees. The delivery time depends on the location and customs clearance.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our goal is to provide you with the best and fastest shipping service, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and we strive to provide you with the highest level of service.

We ship with FedEx, UPS, USPS and Canada Post at our discretion.
Local pickup service is currently unavailable.
Processing time: 1-2 business days
Shipping Time: Approximately 2-10 business days for standard shipping, Approximately 1-5 business days for express shipping.
International shipping may take up to 30 days.
For out-of-stock items or products that need to be shipped from another warehouse, please contact our customer service representatives for shipping estimates.

Why is shipping outside the US more expensive?

Shipping outside the US will incur customs fees. The shipping price at checkout will include additional fees that are charged directly to the prepaid shipping price.
