Why is my PECRON not charging via the solar panel?

1. The working voltage of the solar panel is not within the following range:
DC5521 port: Voc 12V~25V / Max 100W / Max 7A
GX16MF Port: Voc 32V~95V / Max 700W / Max 15A
2. Battery level is nearing 100%.
3. The "+ -" terminals are not connected correctly.
4. The solar panel has volts but no amperes (less than 0.7A), which may be caused by internal faults in the panel itself, bad weather conditions, or being placed in a shaded area.
